In 2014, Egetd acquired a stake and became a shareholder in KARMSOLAR as well as being a strategic business partner to the fastest growing solar energy company in Egypt covering the whole value chain from generation to distribution. In 2022, Egetd expanded its diversified portfolio through becoming a shareholder and business partner in EBBAMS, The first factory specialized in the industrial 3D Printing and reverse engineering in Egypt.

Egetd enhanced its global presence through investing in SARAPIS energy in Cyprus by its subsidiary TRAVIAL Holding Ltd., SARAPIS covers the whole energy cycle for the Cypriot market.
